Our Rates and Policies
RATES
- Summer rates (May 16 - September 30): $185 per night with a six (6) night minimum. Seventh night is free.
- Winter rates (October 1 - May 15): $145 per night with a two (2) night minimum. Third night may be free.* *Third night free offer is not available on Holidays
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Occupancy: Maximum occupancy (which includes children) is four (4). If the number of guests exceeds the limit, you will be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund. Teen and college parties are NOT allowed. Manzanita is a very quiet community and disturbances are promptly reported.
- Maximum of two (2) vehicles are allowed on this property. On-street parking is prohibited in residential areas of Manzanita.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in the house.
- Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet, per night; two (2) pet maximum.
- Cleaning Fee: $80.
- Damage Deposit: A $250 damage deposit will be required prior to check-in and will be held until the house is checked following your departure. The deposit is completely refundable UNLESS there is damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning required, or dirty laundry left. If there is damage and/or theft to the home or property in excess of $250, the amount necessary to repair and/or replace the item(s) will be charged to your credit card.
- Half the cost of the rental is required to confirm the reservation and the balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Refunds will ONLY be made if the reservation is cancelled forty-five (45) or more days prior to the 1st day of the reservation date. After that, NO refunds will be made.
