Nehalem Bay State Park
Located just several blocks south of The Lakeview Retreat, Nehalem Bay State Park offers trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Boaters will enjoy the easy access boat launch area.

Manzanita Golf Course
Located just down the street from The Lakeview Retreat is the Manzanita Golf Course. Pro golfers will appreciate this 9-hole course designed by Ted Erickson, while golfers of all ages and abilities will fall in love with the majestic beauty of the course. The golf course and pro shop are open year round, while the driving range is open from May to September. The fees are very reasonable, and the deer sightings are even free of charge!

Manzanita City Park
Located 2 blocks north of The Lakeview Retreat, Manzanita City Park has something for everyone in the family. The park boasts the following amenities: covered picnic area, BBQ pit, picnic tables, sand playground with equipment, tennis court, sand volleyball court, and basketball court, and horseshoe court.

Running June 19th through September 11th, the Manzanita Farmer's Market takes over the Windermere Realty parking lot on 5th Street and Laneda Avenue. Featuring fresh local produce and farm products along with live entertainment and ready-to-eat foods, it's sure to be fun for the whole family.
